What our Guests Say

“We just had the best Memorial Day Weekend camping trip here! Our site (25) was HUGE and private, and perfect for an exploring toddler! The bathrooms were clean and operational and the store had the few things we wanted/needed/forgot. There was a band Saturday nigh and my daughter loved dancing in the field to the tunes! We didn’t participate in or attend any of the other activities but it sure looked (and sounded) like everyone was having a great time at those too 🙂 The beach area was clean and a good size. The multiple little playground areas were great for my daughter. Definitely recommend and plan to visit again!”

Rental Unit Tips
Please remember that staying in an RV is still very much camping, and not like staying in a hotel.  In particular RV appliances are not the same as household appliances, so please review our tips and plan accordingly:
Maximum occupancy is 6 campers per campsite (2 adults / 4 children or total max of 4 adults). More than 2 adults will result in an additional fees per adult, per night. Certain rental unit occupancies may be lower than our maximum occupancy limits.
There is no smoking/vaping allowed in any of our rentals.
Pets – If you have one, you must be in a pet friendly rental and fees apply.
There is a drip coffee maker and toaster in each rental.
We do not supply linens, towels, pillows, paper goods etc, these are items you will need to bring.
Toilets – RV toilets are connected to a holding tank.  If you fill the tank, it will need to be emptied by our staff.   You must use special RV toilet paper or Scotts single ply.   Also, after you flush, hold the lever down 1/2 way and let water collect into bowl for a couple of inches.
A/C – The A/C will keep the rentals cool but may not keep the unit as cold as you like.  Expect the unit to be about 75 degrees, and in extreme heat, it may be a little warmer than that.
RV Refrigerators will take hours to adjust and cool down if you put many items in, best is to bring a cooler and add some items to fridge at different times. If you add many items to fridge it can take up to 8 hours to cool down.
Blow Dryers – Full size blow dryers will trip breakers.  Please bring a travel-sized dryer if you plan on using one.
Showers – The hot water tanks in an RV holds between 6—10 gallons.  Plan on rinsing, turning off the water, soaping and then turning on the water to rinse. Also know there are bath houses with showers on property.
Ovens – Please do not use.
Parking – Most rentals can only accommodate 1 car.  If you need to bring one other car, please contact the office about parking.
Garbage – All household garbage must be bagged and taken to the dumpster. There are two large dumpsters on the property. One is near the store, and one is on the way out of the campground.
Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is before 11:00 AM. The unit is to be left as you found it, please clean, sweep, with all dishes, pots, pans washed and put away. If there is a grill on your site, please make sure it has been cleaned also. Please drop off your garbage at one of the dumpsters on your way out. Units will be inspected by staff upon departure and renters are responsible for any and all damage to the unit during their stay. Any damage will be documented and billed to the credit card on file.
